Want to be a QA Professional in PeopleSoft HCM? 2) HR/Payroll QA Tester:

In this role, the HR/Payroll QA Tester is responsible for testing activities related to the company’s HCM, Payroll, and Benefits system implementation that includes integration with other inbound and outbound systems to replace the current PeopleSoft system. 

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to oversee the effort of functional, system and User Acceptance testing.

Prepare and execute test scenarios and test scripts, test result capturing and reporting, test event facilitation and test documentation.

Coordinate the identification of Test data needs and timely test data preparation.

Review requirements, business and system use cases, technical specifications, test plans, test summary and testing deliverable's provided by the testing team.

Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. 

Ensure the assigned Test Cases and Test Scripts required to test all system interfaces are completed according to the project schedule.

3) QA Test Engineer: PeopleSoft Payroll:

The PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Tester has strong of knowledge in quality assurance, release management and testing.

The PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Tester is expected to assist in execution of overall test plans related to configuration of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules that includes:

ESS, MSS, HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll, Commitment Accounting and interfaces with external systems.

The successful candidate will have:

Peoplesoft testing experience exposure to 9.x product suite, specifically demonstrated skills in Payroll. Experience testing in initial implementation and/or break/fix solutions is desired. Experience with HP testing tools, PSFT test framework etc.

Develops, executes, and troubleshoots complex test scripts, scenarios, conditions, and cases, validates and / or creates appropriate test plans and test execution plans. Track test cases in a Quality Center.

Translates business requirements into test scripts, scenarios, conditions, and cases. Performs highly complex analysis of product failure. Initiates and documents resolution of all highly complex issues. Directs improvements to current procedures and future models. Employs and develops highly complex tools to perform workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
